A video call appointment is a scheduled session that enables live conversations through video conferencing. It allows for face-to-face communication with someone remotely.


Here are the steps to integrate :


From the app dashboard, navigate to the Services section.

  • Click on the Add Service button.

  • Go to the Meeting Type section.

  • Select the Meeting URL (Agora Video Call) option from the dropdown.

  • Enter your Agora App ID and Agora Certificate ID.   

               Don't have one, click "How to generate the Agora App ID and App Certificate"?


Finally, click the Save button to save your changes.

Also, you can add it to the specific team member, if you add team-wise.

  • Navigate to the Configuration section.

  • Now click on the "Teams" Button.

  • Now click on the "Add Team Member".

  • Go to the Meeting Type section.

  • Select the Meeting URL (Agora Video Call) option from the dropdown.

  • Enter your Agora App ID and Agora Certificate ID.

Finally, click the Save button to save your changes.

  • Booking an Appointment: You schedule the video call by selecting a convenient time slot for both parties.


  • Confirmation: After booking, you receive confirmation details, typically including a link to join the video call.

 

  • Joining the Call: At the scheduled time, both participants join the video call using the provided link. A device with a camera and microphone, along with a stable internet connection, is required. 


  • Duration: The video call lasts for the specified time in the appointment, usually ranging from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on the meeting's purpose.

 

  • Usage: These appointments can be utilized for various purposes, such as consultations (medical, astrology, online courses), interviews, business meetings, and other services.
