A video call appointment is a scheduled session that enables live conversations through video conferencing. It allows for face-to-face communication with someone remotely.

From the app dashboard, navigate to the Services section.
Click on the Add Service button.
Go to the Meeting Type section.
Select the Meeting URL (Agora Video Call) option from the dropdown.
Enter your Agora App ID and Agora Certificate ID.

Finally, click the Save button to save your changes.
