Enabling the app through the customizer is crucial; only then will the app and its functionality operate correctly. Without this step, it will not function properly.
Follow these steps :
Firstly, navigate the Publish App option.
Clicking on this option will automatically redirect you to the store customizer page.
Once on the customizer page, enable the app to proceed with its functionalities.
Then save the changes.
