If customers are unable to book appointments through the store, you can manually schedule appointments using the app. Follow these steps:


1. Click on “Manually Book Appointment.”

2. Choose “Appointment” from the options.

3. Select the product or service name.

4. Choose the variant name as needed.

5. Save the Changes.


  • After save the changes, you will get an option to Book a time, then select the team members and click on Next.

  • Then, select the date and month as per the requirement and select the Appointment slot duration and click on Next.

  • Then, add the Name, Email, and Phone Number.

  • At the last click on the Book Appointment.
