Shopify Online Store 2.0 doesn't happen to require any code placement. The Options can easily be enabled right from the theme customization in the Shopify Theme.

1. First of all, go to the app and click on the Publish APP button from the side menu

2. Now you get the new tab as Theme customizer, now check the app at App Embeds in the Theme Settings

3. Now click on the Save to run this app

Now the app will work as expected in your store
